1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ExpensePulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Use of Service

ExpensePulse is a personal finance tool. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe
  • You may not share your account with other people
  • Tell us promptly if you notice any unauthorized access

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree to:

  • Pay the fees for the plan you select
  • Provide accurate billing details
  • Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel beforehand from the billing page

4. Acceptable Use

Please don't use ExpensePulse to:

  • Break any law that applies to you
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share
  • Attempt to access other users' data or our infrastructure
  • Send spam, run automated scrapers, or otherwise abuse the service

5. Your Content

You own the financial data and content you add to ExpensePulse. You grant us a limited license to store and process it so we can provide the service to you — for example, generating reports, running the AI assistant on your behalf, and producing exports.

You can export your data and delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your data from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Disclaimer

ExpensePulse is a tool for tracking your finances. It is not a regulated financial advisor and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Any AI-generated suggestions are informational. Make sure to verify anything that matters with a qualified professional.

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Termination

You can stop using ExpensePulse at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. If we do, you'll still be able to export your data for a period of time before deletion.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll let you know in-app or by email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
